Patty Towle

Office Manager.  Patty has been with DMC for over 10 years.  She oversees the office staff, A/R, A/P.  She is the "real boss"  patty@danmillsconstruction.com

Taylor Buck

Payroll/H.R. Manager.  Not only does Taylor process payroll weekly, she is Dan's right hand assistant. She also takes care of health insurance and work comp claims.  taylor@danmillsconstruction.com

Josie Martinez

Receptionist - Admin Assistant.  Josie is our Spanish translator as well as our office assistant. She handles our "help wanted" advertising with the Spanish radio stations. 


Steve Shafe, Sr.

Construction Manager.  Steve has been with DMC since 1997.  He oversees our jobsites, field employees, safety, hiring for the field, as well as communicating with the builders.  steves@danmillsconstruction.com 


Marc Letourneau


Assistant Construction Manager.  Marc has been with DMC since 1999.  Marc also oversees our job sites, foremen, safety and hiring for the field.  He assists Steve Shafe with all scopes of work. 



Ron Duminie


Custom & Commercial Construction Foreman.  Ron has been with DMC for 20+ years.  He oversees all custom home and small commercial framing projects.  He also does the hiring for this department.
